Dishwasher / Prep Cook

$22 per hour, paid biweekly.

Responsibilities

• Wash and sanitize all dishes and kitchen equipment according to established procedures
• Maintain clean and organized work area at all times, including dish washing area and kitchen
• Assist with food preparation, such as chopping, slicing, and measuring ingredients
• Follow recipes and guidelines for correct portion sizes and presentation of dishes
• Assist with receiving and storing of food and supplies as needed
• Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Communicate effectively with team members and superiors
• Take ownership and actively participate in maintaining a safe and clean work environment
• Assist with other duties as assigned by supervisor and/or Executive Chef

Requirements

• Prior experience in a similar role preferred
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lift up to 50 pounds
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Valid food handler's permit or willingness to obtain one
