Dishwasher (Part-Time)

About the Role

The Latitude Dishwasher supports the Executive Chef and Sous Chef in delivering the culinary experience at Latitude Margaritaville Hilton Head. This role ensures a clean and sanitary facility for residents and team members, assists with daily restaurant operations, catering, and special events, and upholds FSR standards and the Latitude Margaritaville lifestyle.

Responsibilities

• Operate the industrial dishwasher
• Wash glassware and other implements by hand when necessary
• Empty and clean all trash receptacles
• Rotate dishes to reduce wear and tear on resources
• Clean dish storage
• Follow sanitation policies at all times
• Assist prep cooks and other kitchen staff, especially during peak times
• Perform opening, closing, and side work as assigned
• Clean up spills or broken glassware immediately
• Report sanitation or janitorial issues to the appropriate party

Requirements

• High school graduate or GED preferred
• 1-2 years prior experience in a similar position
• Excellent oral communication skills
• Positive interpersonal skills
• Ability to stand for long periods and move quickly
• Must be able to bend, stoop, reach, and twist
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs
• Familiarity with labeling and storage of chemicals

Pay

$17.00 per hour
