Dishwasher (Part-Time)

Bethel Bakery has been baking life sweeter since 1955, and we're looking for a dependable Dishwasher to help keep our production team running smoothly. This is a permanent, year-round, part-time position located in Bethel Park, PA, offering a consistent Monday–Friday schedule with no evening or weekend shifts. Responsibilities

• Wash, rinse, and sanitize bakery trays, utensils, equipment, and other production items by hand or using our commercial dishwasher.
• Return clean items to their designated storage areas so they are ready for use.
• Empty garbage and remove cardboard throughout the bakery.
• Keep the dishwashing area clean, organized, and safe.
• Assist with general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, and stacking trays.
• Support daily bakery operations by helping maintain a clean and sanitary production environment.

Requirements

• Dependable attendance and a commitment to a consistent Monday–Friday schedule.
• A strong work ethic and willingness to stay busy throughout the shift.
• Attention to cleanliness, organization, and food sanitation.
• Ability to follow instructions and communicate effectively with team members.
• Willingness to learn and help wherever needed.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Previous dishwashing, cleaning, or food service experience is a plus, but not required; we're willing to train.
• Candidates must complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.

Physical Requirements

• Standing and moving throughout the shift.
• Frequent bending, reaching, and repetitive movements.
• Lifting, carrying, and moving trays, equipment, and other items, which could weigh up to 50 pounds.
• Pushing/pulling cabinets and racks that could weigh up to 350 pounds.

Schedule
