Dishwasher (Otto's Ice House at Pearl)

About the Role

You work quickly and take pride in creating a clean environment for our guests. You prioritize cleaning plates, cooking equipment, utensils, and any other items associated with the restaurant during and after your shift.

Responsibilities

• Assist bussers in setting up trash cans for dining areas and kitchen areas
• Stock and restock all clean plates and utensils
• Sweep and mop dish room and kitchen floors as needed
• Clean bathrooms
• Retrieve clean trash cans and place throughout kitchen with trash bags in them
• Clean all kitchen floor mats and trash cans outside in the proper washing down area
• Clean all pots, pans, plates, utensils, and machines used during the shift and store in proper place
• Clean dish room to company standards, and maintain all supplies needed to operate effectively per shift
• Perform any duties specified by the management team
• Always follow company safety policies and guidelines
• Assist prep cooks and bussers as needed by emptying all bus tubs and washing bus tubs

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age
• Must have 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Must display exceptional customer service
• Punctual and reliable attendance is required
• Must be well-groomed and professionally dressed following uniform standards
• Positive and professional attitude in every aspect of the position

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and work for extended periods of time
• Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to bend, reach, and perform repetitive motions during shifts
