About the role
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team to achieve revenue goals and drive sales performance in their region.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and market share
- Manage a team of sales representatives to meet or exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sales initiatives
- Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities
- Present sales reports and recommendations to senior leadership
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales or sales management
- Proven track record of increasing revenue and market share
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
Qualifications
- Experience in the hospitality industry is preferred
- Knowledge of hotel operations and revenue management systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
