Responsibilities

  • Dishwashing and basic food prep tasks
  • Linen preparation and food storage
  • General kitchen cleaning as assigned
  • Attention to food quality and consistency
  • Participation in innovative protein butchering and smoking

Requirements

  • Experience with various kitchen tasks
  • Ability to work from scratch, not from pre-packaged items
  • Over 40% of produce sourced locally and organically
  • Knowledge of sustainable farming practices

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in a similar role preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and quality control

Skills

  • Basic food handling and sanitation knowledge
  • Ability to follow recipes and cooking instructions
  • Good communication and teamwork skills
