Dishwasher - Kahler Grand Hotel

Duties

• Sort, wash and return dishes and utensils to food operations throughout the hotel.
• Maintain a clean and efficient work station.
• Expeditiously deliver clean dishes and utensils to the cook's line and other food service areas as needed.

Responsibilities

• Properly load and maintain the dish machine.
• Maintain cleanliness standards of the dish machine according to health department guidelines.
• Unload the dish machine, stack, store, and return dishes and utensils to designated areas in the kitchen and other food service areas.
• Empty garbage cans in the dish area and throughout the kitchen as necessary.
• Maintain the dish area, including floors, walls, and counter areas, adhering to hotel and health department standards.
• Sweep and mop floors in the dishroom and kitchen.
• Clean and replace floor mats.
• Restock areas with required supplies.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma is preferred.
• Previous stewarding experience is preferred.

Compensation

The compensation for this position is $16.10/hour.
