Qualifications

• High School diploma / Secondary qualification or equivalent.
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards.
• Ability to perform the following: stand and move for extended periods, lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly, work in varying temperatures (kitchen, freezer), use kitchen equipment safely (knives, mixers, etc.), push/pull carts up to 250 lbs, perform cleaning tasks involving bending, squatting, and reaching, communicate clearly with guests and coworkers.
• Passion for service and teamwork.
• Strong communication skills.
• Basic reading, writing, and math skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule (nights, weekends, holidays).
