Qualifications and Requirements

• High School diploma / Secondary qualification or equivalent.
• Experience with Marriott, Hilton, IHG, Wyndham or Hyatt processes and standards.
• The ability to stand and move for extended periods.
• The ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly.
• The ability to work in varying temperatures (kitchen, freezer).
• The ability to use kitchen equipment safely (knives, mixers, etc.).
• The ability to push/pull carts up to 250 lbs.
• The ability to perform cleaning tasks involving bending, squatting, and reaching.
• The ability to communicate clearly with guests and coworkers.
