Use established guidelines to correctively utilize and maintain dish machine.
- Wash glasses and dishes in standard dish rack.
- Wash pots and pans only in the pot washer's area.
Ensure cleanliness
- Ensure kitchen is neat and clean at all times.
- Sweep up broken glass/dishes.
- Mop up any spills.
Trash Management
- Empty full and heavy trash cans.
- Sanitize trash cans after each use.
- Place new trash bags in the container after each cleaning.
Follow Safety Protocols
- Follow MSDS (Material Safety Data Sheet) protocols.
- Follow safety guidelines.
Additional Duties
- Perform other duties in other areas of Kitchen as assigned.
- Assist with plating banquet events when needed.
Pay $12 an hour.
