- Maintains dish machine by checking for chemicals and reporting malfunctions
- Knows how to use all sanitizing materials and checks trash periodically
- Organizes dish area with all necessary solutions
- Exercises caution when working with breakables and lifts and carries up to 35 pounds
- Assists with preparation and additional cleaning throughout the kitchen as needed
- Maintains a professional relationship with all team members
