About the Role
Join our team at the White Elephant Hotel in Aspen, Colorado, as a Dishwasher at LoLa 41. You’ll play a vital role in maintaining a clean and efficient kitchen operation, ensuring food safety standards are met, and supporting the overall success of our culinary team.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine kitchen duties on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
- Label, store, and organize cleaning supplies according to food safety guidelines
- Stock, clean, and organize kitchen utensils and equipment li>Inspect and maintain various kitchen and storage areas
- Support a clean and efficient kitchen operation
Requirements
- Availability to work 8am - 3:30pm throughout the week
- Ability to lift 50 lbs on a regular basis
- Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a commitment to food safety
- Ability to be on your feet for the majority of your shift
- Team-oriented mindset and willingness to support the kitchen wherever needed
