Dishwasher - Showalter - Part-Time Day Shift

About the role

This position offers part-time employment as a dishwasher at Showalter Assisted Living Center. Free meals every shift are provided. The benefits package includes a low-cost HSA plan for full-time employees, dental and vision insurance for part-time employees, four weeks of paid time off per year for full-time employees, and two weeks of paid time off per year for part-time employees. Access to the fitness center and saltwater pool is also included.

Responsibilities

- Clean and maintain dishware, utensils, and equipment. - Assist in preparing and serving meals. - Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area. - Follow all safety protocols and guidelines.

Requirements

- Dependable and motivated. - No prior experience required, but previous experience as a dishwasher in a restaurant, food service, or kitchen is a plus. - Company-paid ServSafe certification and CPR/FA training are provided. - Uniforms and work shoes are provided.

Qualifications

- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and some holidays. - Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. - Ability to lift and move heavy objects as necessary.

Skills

- Basic knowledge of dishwashing techniques. - Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

Pay

Starting pay rate is $14.00 per hour.
