About the role

Boilerhouse Prime is the centerpiece of the newly built Pete Dye Clubhouse at the Birck Boilermaker Golf Complex. Offering an exceptional American steakhouse experience, it caters to golfers and diners alike, all on the edge of Purdue University's vibrant campus. Developed and managed by White Lodging, Boilerhouse Prime joins a distinguished Purdue portfolio that includes The Union Club Hotel, 8Eleven Bistro, Boiler Up Bar, Leaps Coffee, and The Spa at Union Club Hotel.

Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop floors, wash worktables, and clean walls of refrigerators and other assigned equipment using designated chemicals.
• Ensure that the floor and work surfaces are kept free of trash, water, etc. to prevent potential accidents.
• Scrape food from dirty dishes, pots, and pans and wash by hand or in the dishwasher.
• Sort silverware before cleaning and properly load and unload the dishwasher.
• Sort and store all clean china, glass, silver, chafers, coffee pots, pitchers, display pieces, and platters using proper procedures.
• Absorb and assist with unloading product from supply trucks.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

No prior experience required, but a strong desire to work hard is essential. Ability to work collaboratively with peers and the kitchen staff. Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. Ability to stand and move at a fast pace for long periods of time.
