Responsibilities
- Perform dish and pot washing, general cleaning duties and storing food and non-food supplies under the direction of supervisory personnel.
- Set up the dish and pot washing area.
- Prepare for dish washing and wash pots, dishes, and utensils.
- Distribute and store clean pots, dishes, and utensils.
- Clean and sanitize production equipment, work surfaces and kitchen according to cleaning schedules and procedures.
- Empty trash containers as required.
Requirements
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English.
- Ability to set up and operate dish washing equipment.
