Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment in accordance with safety and sanitation standards
- Wash, sanitize, and properly store dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, and pans
- Keep the dish area clean, organized, and running efficiently throughout each shift
- Maintain cleaning supplies and restock as needed to support kitchen operations
- Assist with trash removal and ensure proper waste handling procedures are followed
- Inspect dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and rewash items as necessary
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines at all times
- Support the kitchen team with additional cleaning or prep tasks as directed
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and service standards
Requirements
- Must be authorized to work in the United States and provide proper documentation.
- Previous experience in a kitchen or dishwashing role preferred but not required.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Physically able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50 lbs., bend, climb, reach overhead, and work in confined spaces.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and sanitation standards.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
