About the role
As a Dishwasher at Olive Garden, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our restaurants are clean and safe for both guests and team members.Responsibilities
- Cleaning and sanitizing plates, glassware, utensils, and guest and team member touch points
- Ensuring all dishes are washed and sanitized according to Olive Garden's high standards
- Participating in ongoing training to develop critical skills for current and future roles
- Supporting the health and safety of our team members and guests
Requirements
- Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate restaurant needs
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures closely
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in a food service environment is a plus
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
