Mex1 Coastal Cantina is looking for a reliable Dishwasher to join our kitchen team at three family-friendly locations across Charleston—West Ashley, Sullivan’s Island, and Mount Pleasant. If you work well in a fast-paced environment and take pride in keeping things clean and organized, we’d love to meet you.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, and pans
• Keep the dish area clean and organized
• Assist with basic kitchen prep and cleaning as needed
• Take out trash and maintain sanitation standards
• Support the kitchen team during busy service

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen
• Strong work ethic and reliability
• Team player attitude
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
• Weekend and evening availability preferred
