Responsibilities

• Perform kitchen cleaning and storage activities, including dishwashing and pot washing
• Handle general and equipment cleaning
• Manage storage and rotation of food and supplies
• Comply with sanitary procedures and standards for food handling, storage, and preparation
• Adhere to all federal, state, and local regulatory procedures

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Ability to multitask
• Good judgment, problem-solving, and time management skills
• Must meet all health requirements and pass background checks
• Must be available for weekends and holidays
