Requirements

• Communicate in a positive manner

• Be able to execute a recovery strategy and know when to get a manager involved
• Know how to properly set up the dish area
• Set up a 3 compartment sink and a hand sink
• Understand how to fill and stock dish chemicals
• Understand chemical safety and proper storage
• Prioritize items to wash
• Properly wash dishes and silverware
• Be familiar with proper glassware handling procedures
• Understand how to dispose of broken glass safely
• Learn procedures for taking out the trash
• Clean the Dish Area
• Assist in the kitchen

Responsibilities

Your job as a Dish Teammate is key to creating a positive experience for our guests. Your actions in accurately executing the Dish Line communicate to our guests that we care about their satisfaction. You are responsible for setting up the dish area, ensuring proper chemical usage and storage, prioritizing tasks, washing dishes and silverware, handling glassware, disposing of broken glass safely, and assisting in the kitchen.
