Dishroom Operator Nights Wesley Chapel
Clean and sanitize dishes, flatware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment
- Use proper techniques and chemical concentrations to meet safety and sanitation standards.
- Prepare items for washing by scraping and presoaking, ensuring all visible soil is removed before running through the dish machine for effective sanitization.
- Deliver patient trays and late trays accurately and on time, following identification protocols and confidentiality policies.
- Transport patient meal carts and bulk nourishment carts to and from nursing units, maintaining cleanliness of all carts and equipment.
- Restock clean serviceware to designated locations using correct handling procedures, and monitor dishroom sanitation logs, chemical usage, and equipment performance to ensure compliance.
