• Use proper techniques and chemical concentrations to meet safety and sanitation standards.
• Scrape and presoak items to remove all visible soil before running through the dish machine for sanitization.

Deliver Patient Trays

• Accurately and on time deliver patient trays and late trays following identification protocols and confidentiality policies.

Transport Meal Carts

• Maintain cleanliness of all carts and equipment while transporting patient meal carts and bulk nourishment carts to and from nursing units.

Restock Serviceware

• Restock clean serviceware to designated locations using correct handling procedures.
• Monitor dishroom sanitation logs, chemical usage, and equipment performance to ensure compliance.

Additional Information

• Food Safety Handler Certificate preferred or as required by state.
