Qualifications
- 2-5 years of personal injury experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish
- Investigative mindset
- Ability to manage high volume of cases
- Excellent client service and communication skills
- Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
- Familiar with Windows operating system and Microsoft Office applications
Preferred Requirements
- Experience in CA, WA, and/or AZ/OR
- Experience utilizing AI tools
Responsibilities
- Client communication
- E-filing
- Drafting shells for motions/pleadings
- Calendaring discovery deadlines
- Letters to counsel, client, and other parties involved
- Aiding with scheduling depositions, mediations, DMEs
- Getting records from experts
- Preparing documents (jury fees, CMC statements, subpoenas, meet & confers)
- Trial doc prep (exhibits binders and trial binders)
- Follow the Code of Civil Procedure
- Propound/Respond to Discovery
- Communicating with insurance companies, experts, and other third-party vendors
- Organizing and maintaining clients' electronic files within our case management systems
