Disclosure Officer
About the role
The Foreign Disclosure Officer (FDO) will have experience and knowledge of US disclosure policies and guidance, specialized international program security expertise, and coordinating and making disclosure decisions within those parameters. The FDO will serve as a high-level advisor in support of a client's disclosures program. The FDO may assist in processing all requests for disclosure of information to partners and reviewing various products for release. The FDO may process RFIs from Disclosure governments and international organizations and may obtain security clearance information and verify Disclosure national status prior to release of classified material, and ensure all classified material is passed appropriately. The Officer will maintain a permanent electronic database of all decisions concerning disclosure, release or denial of intelligence to Disclosure nationals.
Responsibilities
- Supports high-level government officials on projects with high visibility.
- Processes all requests for disclosure of information to partners.
- Reviews various products for release.
- Processes RFIs from Disclosure governments and international organizations.
- Verifies Disclosure national status prior to release of classified material.
- Ensures all classified material is passed appropriately.
- Maintains a permanent electronic database of all decisions concerning disclosure, release or denial of intelligence to Disclosure nationals.
Requirements
- Must have a TS/SCI with polygraph.
- Knowledge of IC guidelines concerning Foreign Disclosure, and intelligence information sharing.
- Mastery of the functions, processes, principles, methods, and procedures used in analyzing, evaluating, and responding to disclosure requests.
- Ability to work independently in a dynamic and mission-driven environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree and 8 – 12 years of Foreign Disclosure experience.
- Masters with 6 – 10 years of Foreign Disclosure experience.
Skills
- Specialized international program security expertise.
- Experience supporting high-level government officials on projects with high visibility.

Pay
Pay Range $92,300.00 - $166,850.00
