About the role

The Discipleship Coordinator plays a crucial role in supporting student growth and development at The Ohio State University. This position is responsible for implementing and overseeing discipleship programs that foster spiritual growth and community building among students.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement discipleship plans that align with university goals and values.
• Facilitate small group discussions and mentorship sessions to support student spiritual growth.
• Collaborate with campus ministries and other departments to enhance student engagement and retention.
• Evaluate and update discipleship programs based on feedback and best practices.

Requirements

• A strong Christian faith and commitment to the teachings of Jesus Christ.
• Experience in discipleship and leadership development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with diverse teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
