Discipleship Coordinator

About the role

Big Win: A servant leader who provides care, training and support for all Liquid’s Discipleship systems to help people receive spiritual care and counseling within our community and to take their next steps on Liquid’s Pathway. The Discipleship Coordinator serves under the Discipleship Pastor on the Discipleship Team. This position is Exempt under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA).

Responsibilities

• Support Groups – Responsible for the support group training for various support group leaders, as well as supporting Regeneration groups and leader dinner and training.
• Marriage Mentoring and Weddings - Responsible for the care and coordination of Liquid’s marriage mentoring program
