Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations for water mitigation, fire restoration, and contents cleaning
• Manage technicians and crew chiefs
• Schedule crews and oversee job production
• Ensure work meets IICRC standards and company quality expectations
• Monitor job documentation, equipment usage, and timelines
• Maintain strong communication with customers and insurance partners
• Develop and mentor production staff

Qualifications

• Restoration industry experience
• Strong leadership and problem‑solving ability
• Knowledge of water mitigation and restoration processes
• Ability to manage multiple projects and crews
• Preferred certifications: IICRC – WTR, ASD, AMRT, FRST
• Currently working as a Crew Chief, Production Manager, or Senior Technician ready to step into leadership
• Valid Oregon driver’s license with a clean 3‑year driving record
• Ability to pass a background check

Compensation

Base salary of $75,000–$85,000 per year, paid monthly, with a monthly performance bonus; top performers can earn an additional $10,000–$20,000. Overall compensation range is $75,000–$95,000 per year.
