ServiceMaster Restore is looking for a Production Manager to lead our Water Mitigation, Fire Restoration, and Contents Cleaning operations. When disaster strikes — a burst pipe, a house fire, unexpected mold — families and businesses in our community need someone they can trust. ServiceMaster Restore has been that trusted name for years, and we're looking for a relationship-driven salesperson to help more people find us when they need us most. Responsibilities
- Leading daily operations for water mitigation, fire restoration, and contents cleaning
- Managing technicians and crew chiefs
- Scheduling crews and overseeing job production
- Ensuring work meets IICRC standards and company quality expectations
- Monitoring job documentation, equipment usage, and timelines
- Maintaining strong communication with customers and insurance partners
- Developing and mentoring production staff
