Disaster Recovery Technician

About the role

Disaster Recovery Technician – Restoration with Paul Davis Restoration. The position involves responding to emergency and property‑damaging situations, providing water mitigation, tarping, board‑up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, carpet cleaning/reinstallation, and related services while delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Perform high‑level water mitigation, tarping, board‑up, mold remediation, asbestos/lead abatement, and carpet cleaning/reinstallation according to Paul Davis and industry specifications under the supervision of the Mitigation Manager.
• Maintain a clean, properly stocked, and organized truck and all company equipment.
• Be accessible by phone and participate in the on‑call schedule as needed.
• Assist with warehousing and facility‑related tasks when necessary.
• Support other team members, identify opportunities to help, and lead the team when required.
• Focus on providing excellent customer service throughout each job.

Pay

$17.00 – $21.00 per hour.

Schedule

On‑call rotation; ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as required.
