About the role

This position proctors computer and paper based exams for students with disabilities.

Responsibilities

  • Collects tests at the beginning of each day from office staff
  • Organizes and arranges testing materials necessary on a daily basis
  • Makes sure students have enough time to complete their exams according to their specific accommodations
  • Makes sure students are safe and secure during testing
  • Aids students in accessing and leaving computer-based tests as needed

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • One year of relevant work experience in an office or school setting

Skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office products
  • Willingness to be trained to facilitate testing using specialized software
  • Proficient in office equipment (scanners, printers, phones) and computer technology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work with a diverse population
  • Ability to work independently, be self-directed and task oriented
  • Detail-oriented and able to review material for accuracy and completeness
