About the role
Responsible for overseeing heavy earthmoving operations, supervising teams, and ensuring project timelines and budgets are met.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Manage projects from start to finish, including planning, execution, and completion.
- Supervise a team of construction workers and subcontractors.
- Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
- Ensure all work adheres to environmental regulations and standards.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in construction management or related field.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Knowledge of heavy equipment operation and maintenance.
- Experience with project management software.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Pay
