Director, Video Investment
Overview
The Director, Video Investment manages all investments across the full Video ecosystem (Linear TV, FEP, VOD, OTT, Mobile, Connected TV, etc.). They should have the skills and abilities to innovate, understand evolving digital and content influences, and drive progress for pharma in the Video space.
Responsibilities
- Manages the Video Activation Process across multiple clients independently and efficiently: Direct and manage the daily workflow of campaigns across the video eco-system, including proposal development, campaign activation and maintenance, and post-buy recaps
- Assumes accountability and ownership of campaign execution for assigned client accounts
- Reviews client deliverables for quality, ensuring that recommendations and work product are sound and viable
- Affords assistance in the development of strategic proposals
- Understands and effectively communicates value proposition, technology, and processes as related to the growth of current and prospective agency accounts
- Participates in forecasting exercises for senior management
- Maintains processes to ensure data integrity and implements across the agency
- Maintains a strong understanding of the systems used such as MediaOcean/Prisma or other digital buying tools, AdServers/Verification, DSPs, Social Platforms, DMPs, and internal proprietary tools
- Determines and activates how to deliver necessary data to teams for various reporting purposes
- Builds and maintains strong relationships across multiple internal teams and external teams
- Maintains relationships with vendors to ensure trust and confidence with our buying partners
- Cultivates a team-focused mentality across the larger Investment team
- Works with New Business to help with pitch and plan development as it pertains to prospective clients
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7+ years media buying or activation experience
- Minimum of 2-3+ years digital experience
- Minimum of 1-2+ years managing external partner & client relationships
- Minimum of 1-2+ years people management experience

This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
