Director, Utilization Management Hospice CoE

Responsibilities

• Direct the utilization management team for optimal policy application and best member outcomes
• Oversee daily operations of Utilization Management to ensure quality performance and compliance
• Analyze and report on utilization trends to enhance program efficacy
• Initiate process improvements to yield cost-effective healthcare outcomes
• Establish and maintain policies for effective utilization reviews based on best practices
• Develop and implement utilization management strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Manage components of the departmental budget and collaborate with senior leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; 7+ years in relevant field including management experience preferred
• Expert knowledge of industry regulations and standards
• Registered Nurse licensure highly preferred
• Experience in creating pivot tables essential
• 4+ years of management experience strongly preferred

Pay

$133,700 – $247,400 annually
