Director, Utilization Management Hospice CoE

Position Purpose

The Director, Utilization Management Hospice CoE is accountable for the enterprise strategy, clinical governance, and operational execution of hospice and palliative care identification, referral, and utilization management across Medicaid and Marketplace populations.

Education/Experience

• Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of related experience, including prior management experience.
• 4+ years management experience preferred.
• Expert knowledge of industry regulations, policies, and standards preferred.

License/Certification

• RN - Registered Nurse - State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure highly preferred.

Pay Range

$133,700.00 - $247,400.00 per year
