Responsibilities
- Lead immunology efforts for late-stage clinical development program
- Develop and execute nonclinical and translational strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for program governance and scientific decision-making
- Evaluate emerging scientific developments pertinent to the program
- Create translational strategies connecting biology and clinical outcomes
- Support regulatory submissions and health authority interactions
Qualifications
- PhD, MD, PharmD, or equivalent advanced degree in relevant field preferred; Bachelor's Degree required
- Minimum 10 years of biopharmaceutical experience OR 6 years with an advanced degree
- Demonstrated expertise in immunology with a focus on B-cell biology
- Experience supporting clinical-stage drug development programs
- Knowledge of regulatory requirements for nonclinical support
- Proven ability in cross-functional collaboration and scientific leadership
- Excellent communication and influencing skills
Pay
$189,000 – $246,000 annually
