About the role

The Director, Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) and Financial Due Diligence (FDD) is responsible for leading financial advisory services to clients across various industries.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee financial due diligence processes for mergers and acquisitions
  • Develop and deliver financial advisory services to clients
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic financial advice
  • Prepare and present financial analyses and reports to clients and stakeholders

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in financial advisory services
  • Proven track record in managing complex financial transactions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Qualifications

  • CPA certification preferred
  • Experience with M&A valuation and financial modeling
  • Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements
