About the role
The Director, Transaction Advisory Services (TAS) and Financial Due Diligence (FDD) is responsible for leading financial advisory services to clients across various industries.
Responsibilities
- Oversee financial due diligence processes for mergers and acquisitions
- Develop and deliver financial advisory services to clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide strategic financial advice
- Prepare and present financial analyses and reports to clients and stakeholders
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in financial advisory services
- Proven track record in managing complex financial transactions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- CPA certification preferred
- Experience with M&A valuation and financial modeling
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and compliance requirements
