Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute trade marketing plans that drive product adoption, reorder rates, and revenue growth across spa, medical aesthetics, and wholesale channels
- Build seasonal promotional programs, incentive structures, and co-marketing opportunities tailored to professional account needs
- Own the professional new launch go-to-market process — coordinating assets, training materials, sampling, and sell-in support in partnership with sales and education teams
- Develop channel-specific merchandising strategies including treatment menu support, in-suite retail placement, and professional display programs
- Create and maintain a robust library of trade sales tools: sell sheets, category stories, competitive positioning, ROI calculators, and objection handling guides
- Partner with the sales team to develop account-specific marketing support for key accounts and distributor partners
- Develop onboarding marketing materials for new professional accounts to accelerate early adoption and first reorder
- Support distributor partners with localized marketing assets, training decks, and co-branded materials
- Own professional channel email marketing in partnership with digital operations — including campaign strategy, segmentation, and performance
- Manage trade-facing content across the professional portal, printed collateral, and event materials
- Monitor competitive activity within the professional channel and provide regular market intelligence to leadership
- Work with sales and finance to support channel forecasting and promotional ROI analysis
Qualifications
- 5–7 years of marketing experience, with meaningful time spent in trade, channel, or B2B marketing
- Experience in aesthetic skincare, medical skincare, professional beauty, or wellness strongly preferred
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs, partners, and deadlines simultaneously
- Excellent written communication skills — equally comfortable writing clinical education copy and a promotional email
- Collaborative working style with experience partnering closely with sales, education, and creative teams
- Proficiency with email marketing platforms, CRM tools, and basic analytics
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with distributor-managed professional channel models
- Experience with international channel marketing or distributor co-op programs
- Background in or exposure to spa/hotel retail or medical practice retail environments
- Comfort with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM/sales enablement platforms
