Director, TPM

This role will lead work at the intersection of data, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable technology delivery. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a Business Services environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive complex cross-functional engineering programs from inception to completion
• Set high standards for program management practices within the organization
• Manage planning, risk, and dependencies for successful delivery
• Ensure visibility into program status and timelines for leadership
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration to address dependencies and risks
• Convert strategic objectives into actionable and resourced plans

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience as a technical program manager in a software company
• Strong technical knowledge and credibility with engineering teams
• Proficient in communication with stakeholders at all levels
• Expertise in planning, risk management, and delivery mechanics
• Experience with AI tools to improve efficiency

Pay

$314,600 – $393,400 annually
