Responsibilities
- Lead the integration with Discover to support technical testing
- Develop and expand the TPM discipline within the team
- Identify and mitigate technical risks proactively throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Drive collaboration across product, engineering, design, and data science teams
- Facilitate decision-making through simplifying complex technical challenges
- Mentor and grow a team of Technical Program Managers
- Ensure accountability and follow-through on program deliverables
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 7+ years managing technical programs
- 7+ years in designing and building data-intensive solutions
- 3+ years with cloud computing services (preferably AWS)
- Experienced in Agile delivery methodologies
- Experience delivering large and complex technical programs
- Background in building systems within regulated environments
