As a Portfolio Technical Program Manager (TPM) / Program Director in the Corporate Technology Organization, you will lead complex, multi-functional technology projects and programs that impact experiences for clients, employees, and stakeholders. Your advanced analytical reasoning and adaptability skills will enable you to break down business, technical, and operational objectives into manageable tasks while navigating ambiguity and driving change. With demonstrated technical fluency, you will manage resources, budgets, and cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions aligned with the firm's strategic goals. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic technical program plans, aligning with organizational goals and cross-functional collaboration, and oversee complex program execution by managing resources, budgets, and timelines while mitigating risks and addressing roadblocks.
- Own integrated program plans for high-priority initiatives, including milestones, critical path, and cross-team deliverables; handle reporting, validating outputs, and managing data according to sensitivity requirements.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams, providing direction and defining decision-making procedures for beneficial outcomes.
- Partner with product and engineering leaders to strengthen work intake, readiness, and prioritization practices.
- Improve delivery transparency through pragmatic tooling/workflow standards (e.g., Jira hygiene, clear states, and traceability) appropriate to the organization.
- Escalate risks early with clear options and tradeoffs; drive decisions and closure across stakeholders.
- Promote reuse-first, AI-assisted practices for program governance and continuous improvement routines, ensuring human review and alignment to delivery standards.
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience as a Technical Program Manager, Program Director, Delivery Lead, or equivalent in a software engineering environment.
- Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities within the work environment to support technical program management workflows with strong validation habits and awareness of data sensitivity.
- Ability to review and validate AI-assisted plans, risks, and recommendations before use, escalating when uncertain and following data handling expectations.
- Advanced analytical reasoning skills, applying critical thinking and problem-solving techniques to break down business, technical, and operational objectives.
- Proven ability in leading through change, managing dependencies, and controlling change in high-pressure, shifting environments.
- Advanced expertise in stakeholder management, establishing productive relationships, and driving beneficial outcomes aligned with firm objectives.
Preferred qualifications
- Experience with platform modernization, legacy transformation, or large enterprise technology environments.
- Experience operating in regulated or high-availability contexts.

Pay
Base salary determined based on the role, experience, skill set, and location. Those in eligible roles may receive commission-based pay and/or discretionary incentive compensation, paid in the form of cash and/or forfeitable equity, awarded in recognition of individual achievements and contributions.
