Position Summary
Bay FC is building something different in women’s soccer – and we’re looking for a sales leader to be a part of it. As a Director, Ticket Sales, you’ll own the full ticketing revenue picture: premium and suite sales, group packages, individual tickets and season ticket packages. You’ll set a strategy, lead a team of sales reps, and personally drive the kind of relationships that turn first-time buyers into lifelong members. Basically – let’s fill the seats!
This isn't a maintenance role – we're growing fast and we want someone who's hungry to build.
What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute ticket sales strategy across all revenue categories – STM's, suites, premium, group and single-game packages.
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Ticketing Sales Executives – setting high standards for activity, accountability, and client service.
- Grow our season ticket base through proactive outreach, retention campaigns, and member appreciation programming.
- Close premium and suite business with corporate clients through tailored proposals and strong relationship management.
- Partner cross-functionally with marketing, partnerships and game presentation to drive campaigns and deliver exceptional game day experiences so that people forget they have other things to do on the weekends.
- Report on pipeline health, renewal rates and sales performance to senior leadership who will absolutely ask why Q3 went up or down.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of ticket sales experience in professional or collegiate sports – with a track record of hitting or exceeding quota.
- 2-3 years of managing a sales team.
- Hands on experience with CRM and ticketing platforms (Salesforce, Archtics, TIXR, or similar)
- Strong communication skills
- A fan-first service mindset
- Availability to work evenings, weekends and game days since soccer doesn’t happen at 2pm on a Tuesday.
Compensation
The anticipated salary for this role starts at $110,000. Actual starting pay may vary based on a range of factors which can include experience, skills, and scope.
