Director, Threat Research Engagement

For our client, we are seeking a Director, Threat Research Engagement to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will shape how the organization communicates threat research and intelligence to external and internal audiences. You will partner across marketing, research, sales, and other stakeholders to elevate the visibility and impact of security insights. The position also plays a key role in building relationships with industry groups and information-sharing communities to expand reach and engagement. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available Compensation: $199,500 – $285,000 annually Responsibilities Develop strategic messaging that establishes the company's threat research organization as a leading source of threat intelligence Collaborate cross-functionally on high-impact report launches and research releases Create impactful content designed for diverse audiences and formats Build relationships with ISACs and other organizations to enhance the reach of threat research and intelligence content Communicate the value of the threat research organization to the sales team and develop tools that support engagement Qualifications 10-12 years of experience in product marketing, threat intelligence, cybersecurity research, or a related field Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, Journalism, or a related discipline Proficiency in go-to-market strategy and product messaging Deep understanding of the threat intelligence landscape and information-sharing ecosystems Proven success in building content programs for security or SaaS audiences Experience leading hybrid, cross-disciplinary teams Demonstrated curiosity and active exploration of AI tools for enhancing workflows Benefits Various health plans Time off for vacation and sick leave Parental leave options Retirement plans Education reimbursement In-office perks and more Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
