We need to output HTML fragment with sections: About the role? The posting includes description. We need headings: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use

for each heading only if content exists. We must not repeat job title. Remove boilerplate: cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. Also remove "Equal Opportunity Employer" etc. Also remove "About Us" maybe? It's not required heading but could be part of About the role? The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we should map content accordingly. We need to preserve all substantive information. Let's extract: - Intro: "Become a part of our caring community The Director, Technology Solutions devises an effective strategy for executing and delivering on IT business initiatives. The Director, Technology Solutions requires an in-depth understanding of how organization capabilities interrelate across the function or segment. The Director, Technology Solutions is responsible for leading enterprise-scale technology operations, shared services, fulfillment transformation, and Agile delivery enablement across Associate Technology Experience (ATX). This leader will drive the modernization and automation of associate technology lifecycle services including onboarding, fulfillment, deployment, recovery, refresh, and offboarding processes. This role serves as a key transformation leader focused on creating a frictionless technology experience for associates across Humana and its subsidiaries. The Director will establish scalable operational capabilities, leverage AI-enabled automation, and implement modern service delivery practices that reduce manual processes, increase efficiency, improve compliance, and accelerate associate productivity. The successful candidate will lead a multidisciplinary team responsible for enterprise fulfillment operations, Agile ways of working, service delivery governance, and technology lifecycle management while ensuring alignment to Humana's broader digital workplace and AI transformation strategy." That's about the role. - Hybrid Role: "Hybrid Role: This position follows a hybrid work schedule, requiring a combination of in-office and remote work." That's Schedule. - Responsibilities: bullet list under headings: Enterprise Fulfillment & Technology Lifecycle Management, Automation & AI Transformation, Agile Delivery & Shared Services Leadership, Strategy & Operational Excellence, Talent Leadership. Each has sub-bullets. We need to output
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can have a
      with each responsibility as
    • maybe with sublists? The instruction: Use
      • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. So we can flatten? Probably each bullet as
      • . Could include nested lists but okay. - Key Success Metrics: maybe could be under Requirements? Or maybe under Skills? Not sure. It's metrics for success; could be part of Requirements or maybe under Qualifications? The instruction: include a section ONLY when posting has real, specific content for it. We have content for Key Success Metrics. Could map to Requirements? But we have separate sections: Requirements, Qualifications, Skills. The posting includes "Required Qualifications" and "Preferred Qualifications". Also "Key Success Metrics". Could treat Key Success Metrics as part of Requirements? Or maybe as Skills? Probably better to put under Requirements (since they are metrics for success). But we also have Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. Could combine them into Qualifications section (both required and preferred). Or separate? The instruction: Use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we have both Requirements and Qualifications separate. We need to decide what goes where. Typically: Requirements = mandatory qualifications; Qualifications = preferred? But they have both Required Qualifications and Preferred Qualifications. Could put Required Qualifications under Requirements, Preferred under Qualifications. Skills maybe from list of skills? Not explicit. Could extract skills from responsibilities: e.g., "leadership", "Agile", "automation", "AI", etc. But we should not invent. Better to leave Skills section empty? But we must not emit heading with filler. So if we don't have specific skills content, we should omit Skills section. Thus we will have sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements (Required Qualifications), Qualifications (Preferred Qualifications), Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Possibly also include Key Success Metrics under Requirements? But we already have Required Qualifications; maybe we can add Key Success Metrics as a subsection under Requirements? But instruction: Use
        • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Key Success Metrics is a list; we could put under Requirements as a list. However we already have Required Qualifications list. Could combine? Might be better to have a separate section for Key Success Metrics but not in allowed headings. Since only allowed headings are those listed, we should map Key Success Metrics to either Requirements or Qualifications. I'd map to Requirements as they are about success measurement. Thus Requirements section will contain both Required Qualifications and Key Success Metrics? Might be messy. Could split: Requirements = Required Qualifications; Qualifications = Preferred Qualifications; Key Success Metrics could go under Skills? Not really. Could treat Key Success Metrics as part of Requirements (since they are requirements for success). We'll include both lists under Requirements with appropriate headings? But we cannot add extra headings besides the allowed ones. However we can include paragraphs inside the section. So we can have a

          describing required qualifications, then a

for key success metrics. That's okay. Similarly, Qualifications section will have preferred qualifications list. Benefits: we have description of benefits paragraph. Pay: we have pay range and bonus info. Schedule: hybrid role. Now we need to strip boilerplate: Remove "Equal Opportunity Employer" etc. Also remove "About Us" maybe? It's not under allowed headings; but we could incorporate into About the role? The About Us is separate; but we could treat as part of About the role? It's about company, not role. The instruction: preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep About Us content somewhere. Where to put? Not under allowed headings but we could put under About the role as a paragraph? Might be okay because it's still substantive. The instruction says use headings for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use those for section headings. It doesn't say we cannot have other headings, but we should prefer those. However About Us is not role-specific; maybe we can omit? But we must preserve ALL substantive information. So we need to include it. Could put under About the role as an additional paragraph after role description. That seems acceptable. Also need to remove duplicated lines, cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, application instructions. So we remove the Equal Opportunity Employer block. Now craft HTML. Structure:
