Director - Technology Investment Banking Business Execution Lead

Responsibilities

• Partner with Global Group Heads in setting and implementing strategy
• Manage client target market and conduct market share analysis
• Work with Banking management in driving strategic initiatives related to business growth, clients, and coordinate across product groups, geographical clusters, sectors, and functional partners to drive effective change
• Operate business processes; oversee and prepare management analyses and reporting, including KPIs
• Streamline processes, technology, and collaborate with functional partners to build consistent policies and procedures
• Conduct in-depth research and perform deep dives on the business; develop a strong understanding of market dynamics, emerging trends, and industry implications
• Numerous ad-hoc analyses and presentations for senior management, framing issues and synthesizing key findings of team analyses and recommendations
• Foster a collaborative team environment, providing guidance and coaching, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development
• Independently own work and operate with a limited level of direct supervision
• Detail-oriented, goal-oriented, and able to work in a team
• Conduct research/analysis, synthesize large sets of data and convey a clear story supported by findings; top consulting background a plus

Qualifications

• 10+ years of relevant experience within Investment Banking or similar industry in a client facing, strategy, business management or consulting role
• Proven experience in successfully driving strategic projects across a large matrixed organization
• Strong problem solving, analytical, execution and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work under pressure in a deadline driven environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint expertise
• Detail-oriented, goal-oriented and able to work in a team
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA or equivalent preferred
• FINRA 79 & 63 series licenses preferred, but not required
