Responsibilities
- Partner with Global Group Heads in setting and implementing strategy
- Manage client target market and conduct market share analysis
- Work with Banking management in driving strategic initiatives related to business growth, clients, and coordinate across product groups, geographical clusters, sectors, and functional partners to drive effective change
- Operate business processes; oversee and prepare management analyses and reporting, including KPIs
- Streamline processes, technology, and collaborate with functional partners to build consistent policies and procedures
- Conduct in-depth research and perform deep dives on the business; develop a strong understanding of market dynamics, emerging trends, and industry implications
- Numerous ad-hoc analyses and presentations for senior management, framing issues and synthesizing key findings of team analyses and recommendations
- Foster a collaborative team environment, providing guidance and coaching, promoting knowledge sharing and skill development
- Independently own work and operate with a limited level of direct supervision
- Detail-oriented, goal-oriented, and able to work in a team
- Conduct research/analysis, synthesize large sets of data and convey a clear story supported by findings; top consulting background a plus
Qualifications
- 10+ years of relevant experience within Investment Banking or similar industry in a client facing, strategy, business management or consulting role
- Proven experience in successfully driving strategic projects across a large matrixed organization
- Strong problem solving, analytical, execution and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work under pressure in a deadline driven environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint expertise
- Detail-oriented, goal-oriented and able to work in a team
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent; MBA or equivalent preferred
- FINRA 79 & 63 series licenses preferred, but not required
