Director, Technical Success - Enterprise

This role will lead technical initiatives focused on scalable systems, platform reliability, and meaningful business transformation. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. The position offers the opportunity to influence architecture, execution quality, and the technology capabilities that enable long-term growth within a technology-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Own the NRR and GRR targets for the Enterprise segment across the region
• Maintain up-to-date metrics on account health and renewal processes
• Conduct reviews with managers to identify at-risk accounts and resource allocation strategies
• Provide accurate portfolio intelligence to senior leadership
• Coach and develop 3-5 Managers on performance and leadership skills
• Directly engage with high-stakes accounts in executive-level discussions
• Partner with sales on strategy for at-risk accounts and expansion planning

Qualifications

• 8+ years in customer-facing roles, such as CSM or TAM, with at least 3 years in a management role
• Proven experience in leading teams of managers, not just individual contributors
• Strong ability to analyze NRR and GRR forecasts and identify systemic risks
• Comfortable in representing the company at executive-level meetings
• Preferred background in UCaaS or CCaaS industry

Pay

$184,800 – $249,800 annually
