Director, Technical Solution Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop innovative solutions that match customer needs with the company’s capabilities
• Analyze customer requirements and translate them into architectural solutions
• Arsiculate business value and technical trade-offs during strategy discussions
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather essential technical data
• Lead bid documentation and presentation efforts for proposals
• Engage directly with customers to present and clarify solution designs
• Facilitate deal progression through solution refinement and risk analysis

Qualifications

• 8+ years in IT service management, sourcing, or strategy
• Pioneered experience in designing technical solutions for clients
• Solid understanding of IT domains like infrastructure and cloud computing
• Strong analytical skills for complex problem-solving
• Experience in creating solution documentation and cost models
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Willingness to travel up to 50% for client engagements
