Director, Technical Solutions

Responsibilities

• Set strategic direction for the global Technical Solutions department
• Manage and mentor a global team, promoting high performance
• Establish departmental KPIs and ensure alignment with company growth
• Oversee pre-sales engagements and solution architecture methodology
• Standardize technical presentations and demo assets for consistency
• Serve as executive technical sponsor to resolve client escalations
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering on customer needs and roadmaps

Qualifications

• 6+ years in customer-facing technical leadership (Solutions Architecture, Sales Engineering, or Technical Program Management)
• 3+ years in a manager-of-managers role managing a global remote team
• Expertise in Offensive Security: Penetration Testing, Bug Bounty, and Red Teaming
• Ability to simplify complex technical concepts into business-value messaging for executives
• Proficient with CRM, project management frameworks, and technical governance documentation
