Director, Technical Program Manager

This role will lead technical work focused on cloud-enabled scalability, reliability, and delivery excellence. You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Lead programs to deliver critical business goals and scalable products
• Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout project lifecycles
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to achieve project outcomes
• Simplify complex technical concepts for diverse teams
• Grow and develop a team of Technical Program Managers
• Ensure accountability and focus on execution and results
• Drive communication across product, engineering, design, and data science

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred (MBA or Master's in related field)
• 7+ years of experience managing technical programs
• Experience designing data-intensive solutions using distributed computing
• 3+ years building distributed systems with cloud architecture
• 3+ years in Agile delivery and managing large, complex programs
• Experience in regulated environments
• Strong technical background in scalable platforms or services

Pay

$251,400 – $286,900 annually
