Director, Technical Program Manager

For our client, a leader in the Finance & Insurance space, we are seeking a Director Technical Program Manager to lead technical work focused on cloud-enabled scalability, reliability, and delivery excellence.

You will work across engineering, product, operations, and business stakeholders to translate complex requirements into practical technology solutions. Responsibilities

• Lead programs to meet critical business goals and develop scalable products
• Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the delivery lifecycle
• Facilitate collaboration across product, engineering, design, and data science teams
• Grow and mentor a team of Technical Program Managers
• Drive accountability and results through exceptional execution
• Simplify complex technical concepts for informed decision-making
• Collaborate with various functions and organizations to achieve objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum 7 years managing technical programs
• 7+ years designing and building data-intensive solutions
• 3+ years building distributed systems using cloud architecture
• 3+ years of Agile delivery experience
• 3+ years delivering large complex programs with cross-functional teams
• Experience in highly regulated environments

Pay

$230,400 – $263,000 annually
