Director, Technical Program Manager

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and mentor a high-performing team of Technical Program Managers
• Define the long-term execution strategy for Enterprise programs aligned with company-wide OKRs
• Establish standardized processes for program delivery and cross-functional communication
• Act as the primary bridge between Engineering, Product, and Executive leadership to resolve dependencies
• Translate complex technical roadmaps into clear business outcomes and forecasts for executive leadership
• Drive the adoption of enterprise-grade standards for data quality and infrastructure reliability

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Technical Program Management or Engineering Leadership, including 4+ years in people management
• Proven track record of building teams from scratch in high-growth environments
• Deep expertise in AI/ML lifecycle, covering LLM fine-tuning and deployment infrastructure
• Expert-level stakeholder management skills to navigate complex organizational dynamics
• Strong systems thinking to understand and enhance the broader technical ecosystem

Pay

$241,600 – $302,000 annually
